A few simple things.

Small pets only — under 10 lbs, one pet max, with prior host approval ($75 pet fee). Please check the pet box on the booking form so we can confirm.

Undisclosed or oversized pets will result in a $250 cleaning surcharge and possible early termination of the stay. Thanks for respecting the policy — it keeps the cabin clean for the next family.

• Replace the lid on the fire pit after each use.
• Never leave a fire unattended.
• Make sure the fire is fully extinguished before going inside.

Wood is provided. There's a hose at the dock if you need water.

• Swim at your own risk — there is no lifeguard.
• Return kayaks and paddles to the stand after each use so the next family can find them.
• Use caution around the water and supervise children at all times.
• Life jackets are in the storage bench by the dock.

• The property is in a natural, wooded area — watch your step on uneven ground.
• We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please be careful and use good judgment.

• Treat the cabin like your own home.
• Report any accidental damage right away — we'd rather know than find it later.
• No smoking inside (porch and fire pit are fine).
• Check-out is 11am. Check-in is 4pm. Flexible if the calendar allows — just ask.
