Questions, answered.
The stuff people ask before they book. If yours isn't here, call or text Tim at (423) 506-3462.
How many people does Little Bluegill sleep?
Five guests comfortably — a queen bedroom, a full bedroom, and a sleeper for the kids. Two bedrooms, one full bath.
What does it cost?
$159 a night Sunday through Thursday, $179 a night Friday and Saturday. There's an $80 cleaning fee and a 3-night minimum. No platform fees — that's the savings vs. Airbnb.
How does the deposit work?
50% deposit when you book. The other 50% auto-charges to the same card 14 days before check-in. We send a reminder email a week ahead.
Are pets allowed?
One small pet under 10 lbs, with prior host approval. $75 pet fee. Check the pet box on the booking form so we can confirm.
Is there a dock?
Yes — private dock right at the cabin. No shared boat slip. Kayaks, a row boat, and a paddle boat are included. The cove is calm enough for beginners.
What's the lake like?
Watts Bar is a 39,000-acre TVA reservoir. The cabin sits on a quiet cove off the main channel — protected water, no jet-ski noise. Bluegill, bass, and crappie fishing right off the dock.
What's provided in the cabin?
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker), washer and dryer, linens and towels, basic toiletries, dish soap, and a starter set of paper goods. Bring your groceries and whatever else feels right.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. Flexible if the calendar allows — just ask.
How do I get the gate code and directions?
Sent the day before check-in via email and text. Tim is also available by phone at (423) 506-3462.
What if I need to cancel?
See our cancellation policy. Short version: full refund 30+ days out, 50% refund 14–29 days out, after that the deposit is non-refundable but we'll try to rebook the dates.
Is there cell service?
Verizon and AT&T both work well. Wi-Fi is solid for streaming or working remotely.
